As a prominent player in the fitness/supplements industry with a strong brand presence and product range, Krupt Supps faced several challenges that required immediate attention:
Squeezing solutions
To tackle these challenges, Pulp audited the entire customer journey and noticed key areas within the funnel where they were losing potential customers. We implemented different strategies at different points of the journey to nurture new customers and turn them into repeat purchasers. These included:
- Introducing a compelling Gift With Purchase (GWP) campaign strategy to incentivise purchases.
- Offering a free 100g Creatine with the purchase of their top-performing product, Villain Pre Workout.
- Optimising messaging and creative assets that better resonated with the target audience, that being promo focused content.
- Leveraging a mix of static and video ads from our scripts and Krupt's TikTok.
- Driving traffic to the product page primarily through paid advertising efforts to enhance the brand's exclusive discoverability.
